What kind of construction company is JT?
JT is a renovation and interior construction company for existing residential, rental, multi-unit, office, and commercial properties. The site does not claim ground-up house or commercial-building construction.
Does JT provide interior design services?
JT is not a standalone interior design studio. We can construct from approved drawings and selections and coordinate our work with the owner’s designer, architect, engineer, consultants, and qualified trades when required.
Does JT offer standalone construction estimating services?
No. The GTA renovation cost calculator provides preliminary market guidance for prospective renovation work. A JT quotation requires a defined scope and normally a site walkthrough; the calculator is not a professional takeoff, bid, or whole-building estimate.
How should I compare renovation and general contractors near me?
