With more than 18 years of construction experience, we coordinate the details, communicate clearly, and deliver practical spaces with a refined finish.
From complete rental-unit turnovers to targeted repairs and moisture-related work, JT Interior Construction Corp. brings the trades together under one accountable team.
Our role is to translate property conditions and client priorities into an organized scope. That means looking beyond individual finishes to consider access, sequencing, adjacent areas, material transitions, and how the completed space will be used.

A useful first conversation covers the property, the people using it, the existing conditions, and the result you need.
Tell us whether the space is a house, condominium, rental unit, common area, or commercial interior. Building rules and site access can shape the work.
Let us know if the area is vacant or occupied, who coordinates entry, and whether resident appointments, elevators, loading areas, or protection are required.
Photos, prior repair history, visible damage, measurements, and known moisture or material concerns help identify questions for the walkthrough.
Separate must-have repairs from optional improvements and share any target turnover, move-in, leasing, or building-access dates.
Photos and descriptions are a helpful beginning, but concealed conditions, measurements, material compatibility, access, and related trade requirements often need to be confirmed on site before pricing or scheduling is finalized.

Common questions
Need something more specific? Call us or include it in your project summary.
We work with houses, condos, rental units, and multi-unit residential properties. Share your property type in the planner so we can recommend the right next step.
Yes. Occupied-unit work is planned to reduce disruption, protect surrounding areas, and keep communication clear for residents and property teams.
The exact scope is customized, but it can include kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, painting, fixtures, carpentry, and coordinated finishing throughout the unit.
Start with the project planner below. A walkthrough is usually the best way to confirm site conditions, define the scope, and prepare accurate pricing. Cost and timing can be affected by existing conditions, access, materials, permits, trade coordination, occupied-space requirements, and the number of rooms involved.
A meaningful schedule depends on the confirmed scope, material availability, access, inspections, and related trades. Ask JT for project-specific timing in writing once those requirements have been reviewed.
We provide mould remediation and prevention work, including removal of affected materials and repairs related to the underlying moisture source. The appropriate scope depends on the site conditions.
Ask JT to confirm the written scope, exclusions, payment schedule, change process, project-specific warranty terms, and any applicable insurance, WSIB, permit, trade, or safety documentation. Requirements vary by property and type of work, so the current documents should be reviewed directly rather than assumed from a website claim.
