Free consultation & preliminary estimate

Send the useful details in one step.

JT confirms receipt and reviews the location, scope, timing, access, and available information before advising the next step. The initial phone or video consultation and preliminary estimate are free.

Estimate terms: A preliminary estimate is planning guidance, not a binding quotation. Final pricing requires confirmation of the written scope, measurements, site conditions, access, materials, permits, trades, schedule, and applicable taxes. On-site assessment availability depends on the location and scope.

One-year labour warranty: Every project contracted directly with JT includes one-year coverage for JT workmanship within the written scope, beginning on the documented completion date.
