Privacy
This website collects only the information needed to respond to project and service requests.
Project planner
When you submit the project planner, the website securely transmits the project type, property type, timing, description, name, email address, and optional phone number. The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. A copy is automatically sent to JT INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION CORP.'s designated inbox through the website's transactional email provider. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the website can offer an email draft instead.
Property-manager portal
The service-request portal securely transmits the contact, property, access, timing, scope, and occupancy information you provide. Optional JPG, PNG, WebP, and PDF attachments are stored separately from the request record. The request details and attachments are also sent to JT INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION CORP.'s designated inbox through the website's transactional email provider. The portal lets you download a local, JT-branded HTML summary and automatically downloads a branded receipt containing the official request reference after a successful submission. Either document can be printed or saved as a PDF.
Consultation requests and secure tracking
The project hub lets you request a preferred consultation date and time. A submitted time is a request only and remains subject to direct confirmation by JT. To check progress, the hub requires the request reference and the matching email address, then displays only the service, submission date, general progress status, and next step. It does not display the property address, attachments, phone number, or detailed scope.
Storage and security
Enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this security check; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The website verifies the result before accepting an enquiry. Short-lived, hashed network and email counters limit repeated submissions and expire after up to one hour.
Form records and attachment metadata are stored in the website's managed database. Attachment files are stored in managed object storage. The form limits file types and sizes, validates required fields, rejects cross-site submissions, includes spam controls, and does not make uploaded files public. Basic network information is converted to a short one-way hash and used temporarily to limit repeated automated submissions.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a scope, meet legal or business-record obligations, and resolve service issues. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact JT using the details below and include the request reference when available.
Automated project assistant
The project assistant supports English, Farsi, French, and Simplified Chinese. When the secure AI service is configured, the current question, selected project mode and language, and up to ten recent user/assistant messages from the same browser session are sent to a secure third-party AI service to generate a renovation-related answer; the request asks the provider not to store the model response. This short conversation memory is kept in your browser session and is not stored in the website database. If the AI service is unavailable, the website uses predefined guidance in your browser. Assistant questions are not sent to Google Analytics. A short one-way network hash and timestamp may be stored to limit automated or excessive use.
If you choose to attach a JPG, PNG, or WebP project photo, the browser resizes and compresses it before it is sent securely to the third-party AI service with your question. The assistant uses the image only as preliminary visual context; it is not a site inspection, diagnosis, code review, or quote. Assistant photos are not saved in the website database or file storage and are not sent to Google Analytics. Do not upload photos showing people, personal documents, addresses, access codes, or other confidential information.
If you choose “Send summary to JT,” the summary is temporarily saved in your browser session and copied into the contact form. It is transmitted to JT only when you review and submit that form. Do not include names, addresses, contact details, access instructions, or other personal or confidential information in the assistant itself.
Assistant answers and market prices are general planning information, not a quote, professional design, engineering, environmental, legal, or emergency advice. Project-specific decisions require the appropriate site review and qualified professionals.
Analytics and consent
With your permission, the website uses Google Analytics 4 and a limited first-party conversion counter to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools can record page visits and actions such as clicking Call, Email, WhatsApp, Google Maps or the review link, starting a quote, and selecting a website language. The first-party counter stores the page, referral or campaign source, language, action type, time, and a short one-way network hash for abuse prevention. Form contents, contact details, phone numbers, email addresses, file names, and uploaded files are not included in these click events or sent to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and ad-personalization signals are disabled.
A completed quote or property-manager request is recorded as a submission in the lead dashboard even when optional analytics is declined, because JT needs that operational record to respond to the request. The request itself is handled according to the project-request terms above.
Google Analytics does not load unless you select “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time. Google processes Analytics information under its own privacy practices. Read Google's privacy policy.
Website files
The site otherwise uses local images, styles, and scripts and does not include advertising cookies or external font services.
