The project

A brighter, more unified interior.

The finished unit uses a restrained material palette to connect each room while giving the kitchen and bathroom their own character.

Light wood flooring carries through the living and circulation areas. White walls and trim increase brightness, while dark fixtures and marble-look bathroom tile create contrast. The compact kitchen uses deep green cabinetry, a white backsplash, and stainless appliances.

Only information visible in JT’s original project photography is described here; budget, schedule, client identity, and property address are intentionally not published without verified project records and permission.
